Hi everyone, my name is Dolly Pawton.  Im a gorgeous 2-year-old size x-large girl who is in need of love and affection.   Im an Anatolian Shepherd mix who, well, dont pass out or anything, but who weighs over 100 pounds.  But that is not the most important thing to know about me.  THE most important thing is - Im the biggest lover ever!  Yes, Ive heard Im a total beauty too, but its my personality that makes me so very special.  Im super loving,  sweet and mellow.  I will practically melt into your lap - hey, dont tell me Im not a lap dog ;) I was adopted into a home back in January, and Ive been loved and cared for this whole time.  But my family had to bring me back because they just couldnt keep me any longer.  I lived with two adults and one little boy who was just a toddler.  I even lived with CATS, and life was really sweet.  I had free roam of the house during the day, and I did just great.  Im truly the sweetest dog ever.  Im a huge fan of attention and affection and will give it right back by lots of nuzzles and rubbing against you. But wait, it gets even better!  Im a total brain, too.  I know "sit", "shake", "down", "stay", "come", and "outside".  I have wonderful leash manners.  I guess I might like to play every now and then, but Im more of a lover than a player.  The vets checked me over when I came in, and they have decided (I didnt agree!) that Im overweight.  Like by quite a few pounds.  So Im sure we can get my weight down with just some extra walks, some running around in our back yard (together), and maybe Ill have to cut out the after dinner milkbone.  Wanna lose weight together?Need someone to cuddle up to and keep you warm this winter?  Its hard to understand how a dog who loves people so much ended up at a shelter.  But Im here.  And Im waiting.  I know I will bring a smile to your face and joy to your heart.  Please come and meet me.  The shelter will give us as much time as we need to get to know one another.  Then, Im all packed and ready to go home with you.Love from Dolly
